SHEET PRODUCTS
Whether your requirements call for foam sheeting for gaskets or a topical gel medical
sheeting for the treatment of scars, we can fabricate to your exact specifications.
We fabricate sheeting from as thin as .001". Most can be reinforced or
non-reinforced, vulcanized or unvulcanized.
All of our production lots are quality-tested for physical properties and accurate
dimensions. We go from design to production to packaging with your deadline and budget
in mind.
Vulcanized/Unvulcanized Sheeting
Vulcanized Sheeting
Our vulcanized sheeting is elastic, strong and stable.
The material can be laminated to many substrates. Bonding is done with silicone
adhesive. We also supply it with a protective covering on both sides. It is highly
permeable to gases and has minimal reaction to body fluids and tissue. Our vulcanized
sheeting ranges in thickness from 0.002" to 0.080". Pigmentation and radiopacity
are available upon request.
Unvulcanized Sheeting
We offer unvulcanized sheeting in thicknesses ranging
from .005" to .080". This product can be made reinforced or non reinforced.
Pigmentation and radiopacity are available upon request.
Sheeting for Die Cutting
Calendered sheeting and extruded ribbon can be punched or die cut for various
gasket and seal applications. Rotary dies as well as zero clearance dies can be used
to automate these applications. (If you have your own automation equipment,
we can generate the ribbon or sheeting to fit your specific requirements.)
Pigmentation, reinforcement and radiopacity are available upon request.
Gel Sheeting
Topical silicone gel sheeting is well renowned for treating scars. It may also prevent
the formation of keloid and hypertrophic scarring. Our gel sheet is provided with
a protective covering on both sides. Reinforcement is available upon request.
Knifecoated Mirco-Film

Through our own technology, we can provide micro thin silicone membrane in thicknesses as thin as .001".
This product is supplied with a protective
covering on both sides.
Reinforced Sheeting
Reinforced sheeting increases tear strength and elongation control. Our product can be easily
cut to different shapes and sizes. It also bonds itself easily to itself or other synthetics
with silicone adhesive. Reinforced sheeting is highly permeable to gasses and has minimal reaction
to body fluids and tissue. To make it even more versitile, our reinforced sheeting can be laminated
to many substrates. Pigmentation, reinforcement and radiopacity are available upon request.
Silicon Ribbon and Tape
This product is an economical alternative to sheeting. Our silicon tape is available in widths
up to 6". Thickness ranges from 0.005" to 0.050". Pigmentation and radiopacity are
available upon request.
