Our Geo-Trans® (Geometric Transitional) patented extrusion process
makes it possible to vary inside diameter, outside diameter,
the shape, number and location of multiple lumens without joints,
connectors, seams, adhesives, couplings or secondary connections.
We can transition sufficiently from one geometric shape to the
next and back again.
With our one-of-a-kind transitional extrusion process for multiple

Unitary Bifurcated/Trifurcated Tubing
We designed our Geo-Trans® Bifulcated/Trifulcated tubing to meet
many product challenges requiring a complex fluid delivery. A "Y"
shaped, or bifurcated tube provides physical connection and fluid
passege among the lumens of three separate tubes. There are no
joints to pull apart. Nor are there any "T" or "Y" connectors
between the tubes. Our process also includes trifulcation, where
a single tube transitions to three separate tubes. We can also
fabricate to your own custom specifications.
Bump/Tapered Tubing
Our Bump/Tapered Geo-Trans® tubing allows for applications requiring a
constant or variable inner diameter and a variable outer diameter. The
variations and applications are endless.
Extruded Balloon Tubing
The Extruded Balloon is the newest configuration in our Geo-Trans®
extrusion process. The balloon portion has a thinner wall enabling a
portion of the extrusion to inflate under pressure. The outside diameter
of the balloon catheter can be fabricated to vary according to your
specifications. We can produce any combination of length / diameter
combination balloon. Manufacturing an extruded balloon is more cost
efficient than molding. It eliminates the need to pull the parts
off of a core and the entire assembly is made in one continuous process.
Start/Stop Lumen Tubing
We know the ins and outs of complex fluid delivery. Our Geo-Trans® Stop
Lumen Tubing eliminates the need for any secondary operations such as applying
a room temperature vulcanized silicone plug to close the lumen. Our single or
multiple lumen tube can have one or more lumens stop and restart, depending on requirements.
Variable Width Stripe/Material Switch Tubing
Some extrusion applications may require variable physical properties
that give many materials distribution options in one product unit. This
variation of our Geo-Trans® tubing is essential for products that
demand very specific and complex distribution criteria.
Unitary Drain Tubing
Our Unitary drain Geo-Trans® tubing is extruded continuously as one
piece. The interior wall of the collection portion has longitudinal
ribs to prevent opposing walls from collapsing upon each other. Strength
and security are both well provided with this product.
