Manufacturing Engineer, Molding
Coordinate special projects on the production floor including tooling design,
material testing, trouble shooting, product flow, lean implementation,
and working with production personnel. Advanced understanding of rubber or
plastics with molding experience. Strong communication skills, the ability
to effectively interact with production personnel, and the ability to
lead a team required.

Process Engineer, Molding
Establishes, documents, and improves part molding process for new and
existing projects. Design and document process and parameters including raw
material delivery, molding cycle, insert handling, job flow, and secondary
operations. Advanced understanding of rubber with molding experience required.

Process Analyst
Assess and reports the success of tooling, machining, and operator effectiveness.
Analyze data and propose alternative methods and processes to increase success,
efficiencies, and effectiveness of department. Strong organization,
communication, and time mangement skills. Experience in a mfg environment
requried.
